Customate is a marketplace for the products such as handcrafts and arts which can be customized according to customers’ needs and preferences. The name of Customate is because we are aiming to help and promote the business that are making customized products, as this kind of business is not a mainstream in the market right now. The unique point of us is what we are selling in our platform – handmade items, vintage goods and handcraft arts. It is completely a new market for the e-commerce market in Malaysia because there is no e-commerce platform in Malaysia that is selling these products. Last but not least, Customate aim to serve the arts and handcraft business and promote the culture of appreciating arts and handcraft business as the ultimate goal. “Art speaks where words are unable to explain”
